Job Description

Our vision – Future Confidence through Learning, Joy, and Community – permeates your teaching and your relationship with students, colleagues, and guardians.

Your primary task is to challenge the student in their learning together with colleagues in work teams and subject groups, and to support the student's knowledge development towards set goals through relational leadership. In addition to planning, conducting, and evaluating your teaching, you will work together with colleagues in work teams and subject groups to develop the school based on prioritized development areas.

Who are you?

You are a certified teacher with qualifications to teach grades 4–6 in Mathematics and Natural Sciences (Ma/No).

We are looking for someone who is well-versed in the subject's purpose, abilities, and knowledge requirements, and who is well acquainted with the school's view of knowledge and its value-based mission. You have good knowledge and competence in digital and formative learning processes.

You are interested in working with language-developing approaches in the multilingual classroom. You have the ability to motivate and create learning and teaching environments characterized by inclusion, variation, and interactivity. You see and can meet each student where they are, starting from what works. Students are made active participants in their learning, and you give them influence over the teaching.

Through observations and pedagogical analyses, we make each other better.

Your contribution to collegial learning is a given. Reflecting on and analyzing your own teaching is a natural part of your practice. You have a high level of engagement in the classroom and take great responsibility in all parts of the work.

You have excellent ability to build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are communicative and creative. We would like you to dare to think and try new things together with others.

Conditions

Permanent position, 100%, starting August 11, 2026.

We apply individual and differentiated salary setting. For the position, the monthly salary is between 38,000 and 43,000 SEK, depending on experience, education, and competence.

Extract from Criminal Record

Before offering employment, you as a candidate are required to present an extract from the criminal record for work in any of the following areas: school or preschool, work with children in activities other than school and childcare, work with children according to LSS (Act of Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), work at or in connection with residential homes for youth (HVB), work with the elderly or persons with disabilities. You order the extract via the Police website. The extract must be presented before employment can begin.
