1 position(s).
Do you want to help develop the connection process of the future in an energy company at the heart of society's electrification?
We are looking for a Process Manager who not only identifies improvements but drives them all the way to real change and implementation. The role is central to creating efficient, scalable, and customer-oriented connection processes for low- and high-voltage connections.
You will be the hub between operations, IT, and the various functions within the connection process, playing a key role in translating needs into working methods, processes, and system support.
About the role
Electrification is driving a rapidly growing need for new and more efficient grid connections. To meet future demands, the connection process needs to be developed – both operationally and strategically.
In this role, you work closely with operations and drive development from idea to implemented solution. This means you:
- identify improvement needs
- prioritize and anchor changes
- lead development initiatives
- coordinate different functions
- and ensure that improvements are actually implemented and used in operations
The role combines business development, process management, change management, and coordination between operations and IT.
Your main responsibilities
- Drive development and efficiency improvements in the connection process for LV/MV (Low Voltage/Medium Voltage)
- Act as a unifying force between operations, IT, and other functions in the connection process
- Translate operational needs into concrete improvements in processes, working methods, and systems
- Ensure that development initiatives are carried out and realized in operations
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement potential
- Drive standardization and process-oriented working methods
- Contribute to the development of digital flows and system support
- Work with KPIs, lead times, and monitoring of process performance
- Facilitate workshops and improvement forums
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensure good collaboration between, for example: grid planning, connection, design, operations, contractors, customer service, IT, business, and marketing
We believe you have:
- Experience in business development, process management, or change management
- Ability to drive development all the way from analysis to implementation
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Good understanding of business processes and system support
- Experience collaborating between operations and IT
- Strong communication and pedagogical skills
- Ability to create structure, progress, and buy-in
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience from the energy sector or electricity grid operations
- Worked with connection processes or grid issues
- Experience with digitalization and automation of processes
To succeed in the role, we are looking for someone who is:
- Driven and solution-oriented
- Egoless and collaboration-focused
- Structured but pragmatic
- Used to creating progress in complex environments
- And who thrives in the role of a unifying force between different functions and competencies
You are a person who is not satisfied with just coming up with improvement suggestions – you ensure that the change actually happens.
Why the role is important
The connection process is one of the most central processes in the energy transition. Increased customer expectations, higher connection rates, and greater complexity require new working methods, better coordination, and smarter system support.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence both customer experience, efficiency, and future working methods in a business that is crucial for society's electrification.
Our offer
At Öresundskraft, you become part of an organization that works every day to create value for our customers, the city, and future generations. You will also be part of the digitalization and development journey currently underway in the HR team – where your role as process owner for our leadership development is a strategically important initiative.
We also want to give you extra energy through a generous wellness allowance, the opportunity to exercise during working hours, hybrid work, and 99 hours of reduced working time – time we want you to use to recharge yourself.
Our workplaces offer attractive work environments with, among other things, a gym, massage chairs, lunch exercise sessions, ping pong tables, and a padel court.
Naturally, we also offer what you expect from a modern employer: occupational pension, pension counseling, insurance, a benefits portal with attractive discounts, etc.
At Öresundskraft, you get the power to make a difference – both at work and in life outside of work.
Application
As we are entering the holiday season, response times may be slightly longer. We will start interviews from August 10th. In this recruitment, we use rolling selection. Welcome to submit your application!
Employment type: Permanent position.
