Description of Duties

As a teacher and mentor for grade 4 at Lindbacken School, you work in a teaching team together with colleagues in grades 4 and 5. You will have the opportunity to make a difference for our students by contributing your competence, knowledge, and engagement. With the student at the center, you work to help the school achieve its goals. You plan, implement, evaluate, and develop pedagogical work according to the curriculum and other governing documents.

We strive for collegial learning, where you, in close collaboration with your colleagues, develop the operations. Together, we work to ensure that all students thrive and develop based on their individual prerequisites.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teaching license with eligibility to teach mathematics, Swedish, technology, and all STEM subjects (NO) in grade 4. Experience teaching at the primary school level (grades 4-6) is considered an advantage.

You have pedagogical insight and adapt your teaching to the students' different prerequisites. You are stable and confident in the classroom, even in challenging situations. With good collaboration skills, you work closely with colleagues to support students' learning and development.

Salary: Monthly salary.
