Job Description

Description of the operations and the assignment as an Economic Administrator within Infrastructure Impact. The Project Handover Section currently manages the organization's flow of projects delivered to the administration, from both internal and external actors. The Infrastructure Impact Group handles all work performed by external parties in connection with the organization's properties and facilities where infrastructure or public flows are affected.

The assignment within the group is to secure the organization's facilities and guarantee continued equal operation during ongoing work.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming cases in the functional mailbox.
• Create projects in the business system and assign sub-project leaders and production coordinators to the projects.
• Follow up on ongoing projects via invoice accounting and approval.
• Re-invoice costs to external clients.
• Follow up on issued customer invoices, send reminders, and investigate missed payments.
• Maintain ongoing contact with internal production coordinators, case handlers, and business economists, as well as direct contact with external customers.

Required Qualifications

• Documented post-secondary education in economics.
• At least 6 years of experience working with supplier and customer accounts receivable/payable.
• At least 6 years of experience working with the Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working within a region/authority.
• At least 4 years of experience working in the Agresso/Unit4 system.
• At least 4 years of experience in administrative assignments such as project management, diary management, and logbook handling.

• Duration: Approx. 8 months (with possibility of extension for an additional 6 + 6 months)
