We are looking for a personal assistant for a calm and positive 74-year-old woman living in her own apartment. The duties include support and assistance with transfers, cleaning, personal care, walks, and other aspects of daily life.

You are a woman who is calm and secure in your approach. You have a positive outlook on life and are empathetic. Experience in similar roles is an advantage, but your personal suitability is the most important factor. Since the role involves communication assistance, you must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are a non-smoker.

The position is for 63.44% with a fixed-term contract for the duration of the assignment. Work is scheduled on a rolling four-week basis, covering days, evenings, weekends, and nights with waiting time. Overnight shifts are common. The position begins with shadowing to ensure you feel confident in the tasks involved.
