Structured administrator with a genuine heart for service – is that you? If you also navigate smoothly through a daily life with varied tasks, this position is perfect for you. Don't hesitate to read on and apply now!

Your Role

As an HR Administrator with us, you have a key role. You create the conditions for our employees to get the right start, the right training, and the correct salary at the end of the month. Through your work, you contribute to high quality, efficiency, and good structure within the HR administration team.

The position is mainly divided into two areas of responsibility:

  • Administration – With high precision and accuracy, you quality-assure and register personnel and payroll-related documentation. You also handle contact with authorities, such as reporting to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan).
  • Internal Service & Support – You are our obvious first point of contact for the organization's HR questions regarding systems, policies, salary, and benefits. With a service-oriented and professional approach, you support managers and employees via digital channels, chat, phone, and email.

You will become part of an engaged team of nine employees and report to the HR Service Delivery Manager.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a completed upper secondary education as a foundation, combined with a completed post-secondary education focused on HR/payroll. You also have at least one year of experience in administrative work within HR/payroll administration. If you also have experience working independently with payroll administration for at least 500 employees – preferably unionized employees – it is highly meritorious. We also view it positively if you have experience from the grocery retail industry and are accustomed to working in Google Workspace and SAP Payroll.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Work systematically and carefully, even when the pace is high at times and several tasks are ongoing simultaneously.
  • Have a good ability to adapt quickly when conditions change or new priorities arise in a busy everyday life.
  • Take initiative and have the ability to make decisions in your work, while also appreciating teamwork.
  • Have a genuine service focus and take pride in providing our colleagues with fast and pedagogical support with their questions.
  • Find solutions rather than obstacles and enjoy creating order and structure.

What We Offer

It is important to us that our employees thrive – in every way. Therefore, we offer work in an environment characterized by our core values: performance, respect, trust, down-to-earth attitude, and community. Since we are growing, you can grow. Fast. Within your role, or towards another. In the same place, or somewhere else. In store, warehouse, or office. Locally, nationally, or globally. We support you on your journey towards more responsibility and new challenges.

You will become part of a large team where everyone rolls up their sleeves and helps each other. Sometimes you will find us at our state-of-the-art headquarters, where we have access to a gym and great discounted prices in the cafeteria. But of course, we are also a flexible workplace with the possibility of hybrid work. You get everything from wellness benefits, parental allowance supplements, and employee discounts in our stores to free counseling from psychologists, lawyers, and economists, as well as numerous offers via our benefits portal. Naturally, you are also covered by collective agreements and a pension plan. We enable fair pay setting within the company through a non-discriminatory pay system. For union-related questions, contact Union's local union club via email at [email protected].
