Job Description

We are currently helping a client in Södertälje find a new colleague for the role of Administrator. The position is highly varied and requires some experience and competence in waste management and case registration.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: June 29 – October 2
• Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 06:30–16:00, Friday 06:30–12:00

Responsibilities

• Case management
• Inspections and rounds regarding waste at the workplace
• Invoice processing
• Responding to incoming emails and phone calls

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of regulations and procedures for handling illegal waste
• Experience in inspecting and patrolling waste in the outdoor environment
• Familiarity with the Infracontrol system
• Valid B-class driver's license
• Experience with the Ciceron system
• Experience in preparing police reports
• Strong knowledge of the ERP financial system, including allocation and invoicing
• Experience managing functional email inboxes
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Quick learner who works independently
• Good local knowledge of Södertälje
• Advantageous: Experience with orders and assessments related to graffiti removal
