Description

Welcome to apply to our school. Töråsskolan is a grades F-6 school with one class in each grade level. There are approximately 145 students in total at the school. The school also has an after-school center.
The school's student health services play a central role in the school's work, both preventively and supportively, and are active in values-based work.
Access to a school counselor and school nurse, special education teacher, and special needs pedagogue is available.
We all work as a team and solve any challenges together. Our priority areas are the Swedish language and we actively work to create a common set of values.
Responsibilities
You will become an important part of a team for grades 4-6. We work very closely together in grades 4-6; all students are everyone's students! Everyone at the school works actively with safety and working environment, for both educators and students. The team works across class boundaries, which we see has provided increased safety for the students. You will teach some parts of the lessons, and your colleagues will teach the other parts. We are good at supporting each other and there are usually two adults in the classroom.
The school has common break activities during the mornings where you are expected to contribute/be the supervisor. The break activities are organized and carried out within the framework of school collaboration. You are expected to help and support so that collaboration can take place! The position may be adapted based on your qualifications and expertise.
Qualifications
Your collaboration is deeply linked to your ability to cooperate and participate in the development of yourself and the operations. Here, this means that you have good cooperation with your manager and colleagues, both at your own workplace and in the rest of the municipal group. You treat everyone with a high service level, kindness, and high quality through a customer- and service focus. You take responsibility for making yourself involved in operational issues and are solution-oriented.
We place great importance on personal suitability and that your view of collaboration matches ours.
We apply register control (extract from the criminal record) as a form of suitability assessment for all offered employment in operations where one has direct and regular contact with children and young people.
