RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach in grades F-3. You will be part of a work team, and together you will work to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to develop.

The role involves planning, documenting, following up, and evaluating both individually and together with closest colleagues and the work team. Together with colleagues, you will plan, implement, and develop teaching with a focus on motivating, engaging, and creating participation among students. Your task is to promote each student's learning and goal achievement, adapting to their individual needs and prerequisites.

Student health work is a central part of our operations. We have access to all professions within student health services and collaborate closely to create the best conditions for our students. Our work is characterized by an inclusive approach, and we value good relationships with both students and guardians. Collegial learning is an important part of our operational development, where we create new knowledge and develop our methods together. We want every student to feel safe and have the opportunity to develop.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a teaching license with eligibility for grades F-3. Previous experience in a similar role is meritorious but not a requirement.

• Clear: As a person, you are a clear and communicative leader and adapt easily. You work according to an inclusive approach and are accustomed to applying a low-affective response in situations where it is required.
• Pedagogical: You have a good understanding of how humans, and especially children, absorb knowledge. You adapt the way you convey messages to the target group.
• Collaborative: You work well with others and contribute to a positive work environment. You listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts constructively.

ABOUT THE WORKPLACE

Hubbarpsskolan is a multicultural F–6 school with an after-school program. The school is centrally located in Tranås, close to nature, city activities, and within walking distance to the train station. The school is organized into three work teams: the after-school program, grades F–3, and grades 4–6. We also have special needs teachers, a counselor, and a school nurse. We are a positive and engaged collegium with a good sense of humor. The school also has three health inspirers who drive activities that strengthen community and well-being among the staff.
