Kråkeryd School is a warm and caring school where both students and guardians feel welcome. Our vision, "Together we take responsibility for our future," permeates everything we do and guides our strive to create an inspiring and developmental learning environment. With nature as our neighbor, we also have fantastic opportunities for play, learning, and relaxation. The schoolyard is large and playful, with the forest as a part of the children's everyday life.

Here, we strongly believe in collective success. We work with a cohesive team where everyone, both students and staff, feels at home, seen, and motivated. We offer a varied and exciting operation where digital tools, traditional teaching, and outdoor activities interact. We know that variety enriches learning, and that is something we cherish!

The school has approximately 130 students from preschool class to grade 6, and around 22 engaged people in the staff team. We also have a wonderful after-school center with educators working to give the students the best conditions throughout the entire school day.

There is a close collaboration with Fagerhult School, where the schools share, among other things, personnel and competence development.

Kråkeryd School is part of Habo Municipality – "the sustainable municipality for life" – which has approx. 13,000 inhabitants and offers excellent connections to both Jönköping and Västra Götaland. WORK TASKS

In your assignment, you work to facilitate things for students in need of special support, from a holistic perspective on both learning and social development. In your role, you will collaborate with teachers during the school day as well as with teachers within the after-school activities.

The following parts are included in the assignment:

• Build good relationships with students – work inclusively, promotingly, and preventively
• Support, stimulate, and motivate students
• Act as a resource in the classroom
• Be an extra adult support outside during breaks and during transitions
• Work based on an action plan, follow-up, and evaluation
• Promote socialization and interaction with others
• Provide practical and physical support in everyday situations, for example, help with mobility and positioning

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who is solution-focused and has an inclusive approach. Your social competence is an extremely important skill, meaning you have a good ability for communication and collaboration with both students and adults. You are creative and have the ability to enthuse and encourage students to participate, and you believe that all students can develop and learn.

Furthermore, you are flexible, open, calm, and secure in different situations. Your ability to build good relationships with others is a decisive skill. You are a secure person who is passionate about creating a secure school.

Furthermore, you have a holistic perspective on the student's development and great understanding of people's differences. As a person, you are interested in students' learning and sensitive to each student's interests, individual conditions, and needs.
