We believe that you:

• Are comfortable speaking in front of groups and giving instructions.
• Are experienced in planning and conducting group exercise sessions, preferably in several different concepts.
• Are a social joy-bringer full of energy.

Selection and interviews will take place on an ongoing basis.

In our senior sessions, we combine strength exercises, balance, mobility, and cardio. Everything from choreographed classes to circuit training. The role involves creating and leading safe, fun, and effective group training for our members. If you do not have experience putting together your own classes, we can help you with that.

You must be available at least one morning/forenoon per week as the senior classes are scheduled in the morning.
