Your new job
At Ribbaskolan in Gränna, we are currently looking for a teacher in technology as well as woodwork, metalwork, and textile crafts. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with dedicated colleagues, while enjoying significant freedom to plan and structure your work based on the needs of the role.
In this position, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching, as well as assessing students' knowledge development. The teaching covers technology and crafts for students in grades 3–9. You will also serve as a mentor alongside a colleague and be part of a work team where you jointly work towards the students' development and goal achievement.
At Ribbaskolan, we work closely together in both subject groups and work teams. As a teacher in the PREST subjects (Technology, Crafts, Science, and Health), you will be part of a subject group where you co-plan teaching and work to create a clear progression throughout the students' school years.

Your qualifications
We are looking for you who are a trained grades 3–9 teacher with eligibility to teach technology as well as woodwork, metalwork, and textile crafts, or alternatively a graduate who has not yet received their teaching license or is at the end of their education. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and are well-grounded in the mission and regulatory documents of the comprehensive or upper secondary school.
Experience in teaching and working with students is considered meritorious.
