Enehagens School is a pleasant and well-functioning two-parallel primary school (grades F-6) centrally located in Värnamo. Our central location means we are close to both Apladalen, the ice hall, and the swimming pool, which provides good opportunities for varied work and creating an active and inspiring school day for our students. Approximately 370 students attend the school, and together we are 45 educators.

At the heart of the school is our modern school library, staffed by a qualified school librarian. The library is a natural part of the teaching and an important resource for students' language, reading, and knowledge development.

We have a stable and dedicated staff characterized by cooperation, professionalism, and care. Responsibilities

As a hourly-paid employee, you will become an important part of the operation and work together with experienced and qualified teachers and leisure center staff. The tasks vary depending on the needs of the operation and may include providing support in the classroom, supporting individual students, or substituting and being responsible for teaching and activities for shorter periods.

In the leisure center, you contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and meaningful operation where students are given the opportunity to develop, learn, and have fun together with others.

The work requires flexibility, teamwork skills, and a professional approach. You are a secure adult role model who contributes to a positive and inclusive environment for the students.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education.

It is meritorious if you have leadership experience, for example from sports clubs, youth activities, or other voluntary work.

You have experience of meeting and collaborating with people in different situations and have a good understanding of the importance of respectful and professional treatment.

As a person, you are positive, responsible, and proactive. You enjoy working with others, are flexible, and see new challenges as an opportunity to develop. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Conditions

The appointment is subject to necessary decisions being made. Interviews will be held during week 32.

Department of Children and Education. Our department is responsible for preschools, primary schools, upper secondary schools, adult education, and cultural schools in the municipality.
