Your new job
With us, you will work in an operation where teaching is at the center and where school development is a natural part of everyday life. Through an organization with full-time mentors, you will have good conditions to focus on the core mission – planning, implementing, and developing teaching, as well as contributing to students' knowledge development. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues, student health services, and mentors to create the best conditions for each student. Our leadership is characterized by trust, responsibility, and participation, with a clear conviction that the best results are achieved when responsibility and authority go hand in hand and when the entire organization works towards common goals.
Your competence
We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach Spanish in grades 6–9 and Physical Education in grades 4–9, or alternatively a candidate who has not yet received their certification or is at the end of their education. The role requires that you have a good understanding of the primary school's mission and regulatory documents. You have good subject knowledge and the ability to translate this into pedagogically thoughtful teaching. Digital tools are used naturally as support for students' learning.
Experience in teaching is meritorious, as it provides good conditions for quickly entering the role and contributing to students' language and knowledge development.
