Junkaremålsskolan F-6 and After-School Centre is a newly built school where operations moved into the new premises in August 2024. The school is located in central Tranås, close to nature and sports facilities. We are now looking for an enthusiastic PE teacher to join our school.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will teach Physical Education and Health in grades 3–6. Your duties include planning, implementing, and following up on teaching, both individually and in collaboration with your colleagues. Together with your colleagues, you will also be responsible for outdoor days, sports days, and the school's recess activities. In addition to your teaching, you will serve as a pedagogical support in the lower grades.

The role includes meeting with guardians as needed and providing relevant information to mentors prior to development conferences, for example. You are also responsible for written assessments and grading in Physical Education and Health.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a teaching license and eligibility for Physical Education, or alternatively, experience that makes you suitable for the position. You have good digital skills and a good understanding of the Swedish language, and can communicate fluently.
