RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher at the after-school center, you support and stimulate the learning of children and young people before, during, and after the school day. Before and after school hours, you are responsible for the after-school center together with your colleagues. During the school day, you work as a resource in groups or for individual students, or alternatively, teach a specific subject. You establish good cooperation with guardians and actively participate in the school's development work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained teacher with qualifications for the after-school center. Previous experience in a similar role may be meritorious but is not a requirement.

• Flexible: You are well-acquainted with the school's governing documents and have the ability to individualize and vary teaching based on students' needs. The students' best interests are always in focus, and your approach is characterized by seeing opportunities in change. You adapt easily to changed circumstances.
• Structured: You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively. You are used to working independently towards set goals and have good knowledge of the school's and after-school center's governing documents.
• Clear: You are clear and communicative and can adapt to each individual student's needs.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

ABOUT THE WORKPLACE

Hubbarpsskolan is a multicultural F–6 school with an after-school center. The school is centrally located in Tranås, close to nature, city activities, and within walking distance to the train station. The school is organized into three work teams: the after-school center, grades F–3, and grades 4–6. We also have special needs teachers, a counselor, and a school nurse.
