We are looking for an experienced and engaged Tech Lead / Lead Systems Architect for our client, who develops secure digital solutions for operations with high demands on information security, availability, and robustness.

The product area covers secure client platforms, mobile solutions, and communication services used in operations with high demands on information security. The solutions enable secure communication, document management, and business-critical workflows where availability, usability, and security are crucial.

In this role, you combine your technical competence with clear leadership. You act as the technical leader for the team and are responsible for ensuring that architecture, technical choices, and solutions support the long-term development of the product area. At the same time, you contribute operationally to the development work and ensure that the solutions are sustainable from a development, operations, and maintenance perspective. You work closely with developers, product management, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into robust and secure solutions.

The position is a direct hire, meaning the employment will be directly with our client in Danderyd.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have several years of experience with secure IT systems and have previously held a leading technical role.

You have experience with system design and architecture within Linux and Windows-based environments, as well as a good understanding of network and service architecture for desktop, server, and mobile platforms. You also have experience with technologies for web services, software distribution, security updates, certificate management, and secure communication.

As a person, you are used to taking responsibility for technical decisions, creating consensus in development teams, and translating complex requirements into sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of experience with secure IT systems and complex system solutions
• Experience in technical leadership, e.g., as Tech Lead, Lead Developer, Solution Architect, or similar
• Experience with system design and architecture in Linux and Windows-based environments
• Good knowledge of network and service architecture for desktop, server, and mobile platforms
• Experience with web services, APIs, and integration solutions
• Knowledge of certificate management, PKI, as well as authentication and authorization solutions
• Experience working with security requirements throughout the entire system chain – from client and network to backend and operational environment
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
