The entire society is shifting towards a fossil-free future. We want to lead the way in the development of our industry, so that more people can move around, take care of their vehicles, and run businesses with as low a climate footprint as possible. Do you want to contribute to sustainable development, for real? Welcome to join us on our journey!
Do you want to drive the development of the digital service station that enables companies to electrify their vehicle fleets and create holistic solutions that work in practice? We are looking for a Digital Platform Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for Link OS, our central platform that connects our mobility services and creates the prerequisites for tomorrow's business.
Here, you will work at the intersection of digital development and business development. You combine business insight, curiosity, and creative problem-solving with close collaboration with Tech, Product Development, and Operations. Here, you become a key person in an area that is growing rapidly and is an important part of our continued development.
About the role
Link OS is our operating system for B2B mobility and a central enabler in OKQ8's business as companies shift to electrified vehicle fleets. The platform connects fuel, electricity, and digital services and is used throughout the value chain – from onboarding and sales to administration, support, follow-up, and business management.
As Digital Platform Manager, you have a clear mandate to set direction, prioritize, and develop Link OS so that the platform creates real business value and scalability. The role is strongly business-oriented and focuses on solving real problems through digitalization – not on traditional system ownership or administration. You work at the intersection of business, product, operations, and tech, ensuring that needs are translated into buildable, value-creating development.
You are a key person in Mobility Solutions' continued growth journey and have significant influence on how our products Link Hemma, Link Fleet, Link Depå, and Link Energy Solutions can be developed, packaged, and scaled over time.
You will:
- Own and drive the roadmap and overall prioritization for Link OS with a focus on business value, scalability, and common building blocks.
- Ensure that the platform supports our product areas through unified data models, common logic, and reusable functions.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to identify needs, friction, and scalability challenges – and translate these into clear requirements and priorities for Tech.
- Drive discovery work, prototypes, and early validation to ensure we build the right things before we scale.
- Coordinate and present the B2B Mobility Solutions IT roadmap and create clarity in dependencies, priorities, and decisions across teams and functions.
- Be the business lead in digital development initiatives and ensure controlled releases with clear business anchoring and efficient handover to operations and maintenance.
We are looking for
You are used to taking overall responsibility for digital platforms in environments where business, technology, and operations must work together – and where prioritization is more important than building "everything." You enjoy working at the intersection of technology and business and thrive in an environment where business insight, curiosity, and collaboration are as important as technical understanding.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
- Good ability to prioritize, drive product development, and work in a value-driven manner.
- Understanding of integrations, data flows, and modern API environments.
- Confidence in working with operations-oriented digitalization where automation and process improvement are central.
- Experience leading cross-functional deliveries and taking work from need to prototype and further to actual delivery.
We offer
At OKQ8, you will work in a flexible environment with important and varied tasks. We encourage collaboration, innovation, and development – and we believe that together we make each other better. Here, you become part of a family-like culture where we support each other, have fun together, and where you are given the opportunity to grow and make a difference. We want to be a company that reflects society, with an inclusive culture that reduces exclusion and promotes diversity.
