You will step into an important initiative where data from a decision support solution will be made available via Microsoft Fabric. The role involves holding together a technical pre-study and a potential pilot in an environment where the data platform, architecture, security, permissions, and consumption need to work together.

You will work closely with technical teams, architects, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to create clarity in choices, dependencies, and next steps. Here you will play a central role in transforming technical issues into support for management and decision-making in a business with high demands for structure and quality. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to influence both the technical direction and execution in a data-driven initiative within the insurance sector.

• You plan and coordinate activities within the pre-study and pilot.
• You drive progress in technical tracks such as architecture, data sharing, security, permissions, and consumption.
• You coordinate the dialogue between the decision support solution, data platform, architects, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• You follow up on dependencies, risks, decision points, and open questions to create clarity in the work.
• You ensure that technical deliverables are produced on time and with the right quality.
• You prepare and coordinate materials for target architecture and the pilot setup.
• You compile status, risks, and decisions so that management and prioritization can be done clearly.
• You contribute recommendations for next steps together with the architect and relevant teams.

• Experience in technical project management in data, analytics, or platform initiatives.
• Very good understanding of cloud-based data platforms.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Lakehouse, and semantic models.
• Good ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.
• You are structured, proactive, and clear in your communication.
• Ability to translate technical issues into decision support for business and management.

• Experience working in the banking and insurance industry.
• Understanding of industry-specific requirements related to data, information security, regulatory compliance, and governance.
