The Role: We are looking for an engaged and meticulous data coordinator with experience in CAD who wants to ensure high quality and structure in our information management within one of our contracts. In this central role, you are responsible for both creating CAD drawings and ensuring that all technical information (data) is handled correctly and is accessible. The position includes:

  • Responsible for correct and accessible information management within the Contract. This includes ensuring that technical documentation is handled in a structured manner and according to established processes.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems, including document management plans and workspaces. You are also responsible for following the client's current procedures, for example, for checking in and out technical documentation.
  • Coordinate and review incoming/outgoing materials and ensure that facility documentation is handled according to defined review processes.
  • Create and manage CAD drawings and models. You ensure that all graphics follow both current regulations and internal guidelines.
You have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in data coordination within property management or construction and civil engineering.
  • Relevant education and experience in CAD (Computer-Aided Design).
  • Knowledge of BIM as an asset management model.
  • Good knowledge of technical documentation.
  • Experience with document management systems (including permissions and metadata usage).
  • Good familiarity with information security.
