We are looking for a Technical Tester (De-identification, OEM Data Masking & Subsetting)

Job Description

This assignment involves an experienced database developer with documented competence in de-identification, data masking, subsetting, and secure handling of sensitive data. The candidate must have actively worked in these areas over the past two years and be accustomed to operating in large, complex organizations with high demands for security, structure, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and optimize solutions for OEM Data Masking and data subsetting in test and development environments.
• Implement and maintain de-identification and pseudonymization strategies in accordance with GDPR and internal security frameworks.
• Design, improve, and document database scripts, stored procedures, and ETL flows.
• Automate data management processes using shell scripts (bash/sh).
• Version control code, data processes, and masking rules using Git.
• Perform debugging, performance optimization, and quality assurance of database code.
• Collaborate with development teams, testers, architects, and security specialists within a larger organization with established processes.
• Ensure that test data is correctly de-identified and complies with the organization's requirements for privacy and quality.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a database developer in the security domain, implying knowledge of GDPR, data protection, and handling of sensitive personal data.
• Current professional experience with: OEM Data Masking and subsetting, GIT, Shell scripts.
• Current professional experience and excellent skills in SQL and database development (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Current professional experience with complex system landscapes and established processes.
• Experience with ETL tools and data flows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience from a government agency with at least 10,000 employees.
• Professional experience as a database developer in the security domain within a government agency.
