You step into a key role where you help develop a common decision support system for a large operation with approximately 5,000 users. The focus is on maintaining, improving, and restructuring existing Power BI reports so that analytics become clearer, more stable, and more usable in everyday life.

You work in a team responsible for the client's shared data warehouse and collaborate closely with both the business, operations, development teams, and other stakeholders. A central part of the assignment is to contribute to the migration from Power BI Report Server in an on-premise environment to Microsoft Fabric, while ensuring that reports and models maintain high quality and support the business's needs over time. This is a role for you who want to combine technology, analytics, and business dialogue in an environment where you get to influence future reporting solutions.

• You maintain and restructure existing Power BI reports to create simpler and clearer analytics for users.
• You work closely with the business to understand analytical needs and translate them into technical solutions and reports.
• You collaborate with architects, development teams, and other stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and ensure high quality in deliveries.
• You coordinate work together with operations and development partners.
• You work cross-functionally to enable analytics across several parts of the business.
• You conduct investigations and prepare materials for improvements or decommissioning efforts.
• You contribute to improving the process for developing Power BI reports in the shared decision support system.
• You support the migration of reports and models from on-premise to a cloud-based platform.

• Very good knowledge of Power BI Report Server, including on-premise and tabular models.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Service.
• Good knowledge of data modeling, DAX, and SQL.
• Experience moving reports and models from on-premise to the cloud.
• Experience from a shared decision support system across the business.
• Accustomed to leading requirement work and requirement dialogues with the business.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information, identify relationships, and translate analytics into business value.
• Experience working in larger and complex organizations with many stakeholders.
• Experience from analytics within banking and insurance with a focus on customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience with agile development and working in train structures according to SAFe.
