We are now looking for an experienced Requirements Manager and Requirements Analyst for a strategic initiative within CRM and Marketing Automation. This role is perfect for you if you have a strong ability to create structure in complex environments and are accustomed to working at the intersection of business, information, and IT.

About the assignment

You will support a strategic initiative where information supply is to be moved to a future target architecture. The environment is characterized by poorly documented requirements, multiple involved business units, and future system choices that have not yet been decided. Therefore, the role requires you to quickly understand complex needs, create clarity, and produce useful documentation for both business stakeholders and information architects.

Responsibilities

• Document information scope and use cases
• Support information architects with clear and usable information documentation
• Work both bottom-up based on business needs and top-down based on marketing plans and best practices
• Document information needs, scope, and use cases adapted for both business and architecture
• Ensure traceability between requirements, information documentation, and solutions
• Match needs against both existing and future systems
• Collaborate closely with business representatives, information architects, modelers, and those responsible for information supply

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Requirements Manager
• At least 5 years of experience as a Requirements Analyst within information supply
• At least 3 years of experience in requirements analysis within banking and insurance
• At least 3 years of experience in requirements analysis for CRM
• Very good ability to document, structure, and anchor requirements in complex environments
• Fluent in Swedish and English
