We are now looking for a Data Analyst who wants to help develop how we use data to create greater value for our donors, members, and volunteers. Here you get to combine analysis, business understanding, and new technology in an organization where your insights contribute to making a real difference.
What we offer you
At the Swedish Red Cross, you become part of an organization with a strong humanitarian mission and a clear ambition to develop our ways of working through data, analysis, and digitalization.
With us, you will get among other things:
- A key role where you can influence how data is used to develop engagement and fundraising.

- To be part of a data-driven and agile team with high competence and great engagement.
- To work closely with the operations and contribute with analyses that lead to concrete decisions and improvements.
- The opportunity to develop the organization's analytical capabilities and strengthen a data-driven way of working.
- A values-driven organization where collaboration, innovation, and the equal value of people are at the center.
What you will do here
As a Data Analyst, you will become a central part of the work to understand and develop the relationship with our donors, members, and other engaged individuals. You will work both strategically and operationally to identify behaviors, patterns, and trends that help the operations make better decisions and create more accurate activities.
You will work closely with colleagues within the operations and contribute with analyses that develop communication, target group work, and fundraising initiatives.
In the role, you will among other things:
- Be a cohesive and driving force for the analysis work within the department.
- Analyze behaviors, development, and engagement among donors, members, and other engaged individuals.
- Work hypothesis-driven to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and decision support materials.
- Contribute with analyses that develop fundraising activities and communication efforts together with agile teams.
- Present data and insights in a clear and pedagogical way to different target groups.
- Support and develop colleagues so that more people can work in a data-driven manner in their daily work.

Your team and workplace
You will become part of the Engagement and Fundraising department, within the Insight & Content unit, and belong to the DAP team (Data, Analysis & Platform).
You will work closely with colleagues within Engagement and Fundraising and have many contact surfaces with IT and Innovation. Together, you will develop the organization's data-driven way of working and create better conditions for future engagement.
