• You lead the technical development and drive architecture issues for business-critical solutions.
• You make strategic decisions regarding technology choices, frameworks, and development principles with a focus on sustainability, scalability, and quality.
• You develop and further develop modern web applications in both frontend and backend.
• You ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and established development methods.
• You drive work with CI/CD, DevOps, test automation, and secure development processes.
• You coach the development team on technical matters and contribute to knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• You collaborate with product owners, UX, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• You optimize solutions with regard to performance, security, accessibility, and usability.
• You identify technical risks, drive improvements in the tech stack and working methods, and evaluate new technologies when they create business value.
• You lead technical feasibility studies as needed and provide recommendations regarding architecture, integrations, and technical choices.

• You have senior experience in full-stack development with a clear focus on frontend.
• You have the ability to lead technical initiatives and take responsibility for architecture and long-term technical choices.
• You have experience developing and maintaining modern web applications in both frontend and backend.
• You have experience with code reviews, testing, and working methods that ensure high quality in deliveries.
• You have a good understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation.
• You have experience working with performance, security, accessibility, and scalability in web solutions.
• You are accustomed to collaborating closely with business, product management, UX, and other development teams.
• You can translate complex needs into robust, user-centric, and maintainable technical solutions.
