We are looking for an engaged and service-oriented Senior Technical Officer who wants to contribute to our educational activities at the Cyber Defense Command (CFL).

On our section, we are responsible for quality assurance, development, implementation, and evaluation of educational, exercise, and training activities. As a Senior Technical Officer, you will be responsible for the digital development of exercise and training environments, as well as ensuring participation in relevant collaboration forums within your area of responsibility. The work involves close collaboration with many colleagues.

Main tasks:
You will be responsible for:
- planning of training related to education and exercises, as well as the development of processes related to training activities within the cyber domain
- control of orders within your area of responsibility
- technical support for the development of digital platforms for support during education and exercises
- technical support for the development of exercise and training environments in the cyber range
- ensuring the Swedish Armed Forces' participation in national and international collaboration forums regarding cyber range development
- assisting other project managers at the section
- assisting the Commander of CFL in presentations on technical cyber education for the Swedish Armed Forces' leadership.
We are looking for you who meet the following requirements:
- academic technical education within the cyber domain, or other equivalent education/experience that the employer deems relevant
- experience leading technical projects
- very good computer skills, including the Office package
- very good skills in expressing yourself both orally and in writing in Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have:
- good understanding of the cyber domain
- knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' organization and/or education system
- experience from a government agency
- education in project management
- Class B driver's license

The reason we ask you to be restrained with information is that some positions at the unit are subject to secrecy. Swedish citizenship is required for employment with the Swedish Armed Forces. Employment entails national and international work obligations. The selection process will be supplemented with work psychological tests.
