The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) is now looking for a Product Coordinator to participate in building up the centre's operations at the Swedish Defence Intelligence Agency (FRA). Your Mission

As a Product Coordinator, you work at NCSC within the unit for systematic information security work. You work together with specialists to develop and maintain advice and support for organizations on how they can conduct their preventive, systematic cyber security work. Our cyber security specialists provide facts and contribute with expertise, while your job is to ensure that the support becomes accessible products that meet the needs of the target groups and make a real difference in the organizations we exist to support.

In the role of Product Coordinator, your main tasks primarily consist of:

  • Maintaining and developing products such as guidelines, web courses, webinars, online tools, etc.
  • Conducting needs and target group analyses.
  • Creating target-group adapted and accessible texts and other content.
  • Monitoring the reach and effect of the products.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant higher education or working life experience that the employer deems equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product development, project or production management, or content development.
  • Knowledge of Office365.
  • Very good skills in reading comprehension, writing, speech, and listening in Swedish.

We consider it meritorious if you have:

  • A relevant academic degree and specific education in product development or content development, or education in cyber security.
  • More than 3 years of experience in product development or content development, or education in cyber security.
  • Experience from working in the public sector.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, CMS systems, and CRM systems.

More Information

The workplace is currently located in Tomteboda, Solna. New premises will be ready in Bergshamra within a few years. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class. A requirement for employment is a approved security investigation with register check. The security investigation will be conducted in accordance with regulations in the Security Protection Act. Employment entails an obligation to be war-placed. We apply a six-month probation period.
