Our client is a leading international consultancy that helps some of Sweden's largest technology-intensive businesses develop future products, systems, and ways of working. As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to work in varied assignments for well-known companies within advanced technology and industry, contributing your expertise to complex development projects.

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineering Lead who wants to work in an advisory role with one of our clients. Here, you will use your technical competence and experience to help the client develop ways of working, processes, and methods within Systems Engineering in complex development projects.

In this role, you act as a technical support and sounding board for systems engineers, project managers, and leaders. You help the client translate high-level requirements into effective ways of working, recommend suitable processes and tools, and guide technical decisions by clarifying the pros and cons of different alternatives. The goal is not to make decisions for the client, but to provide the right basis for well-founded decisions.

The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with both technical specialists and management. You drive dialogues, facilitate technical discussions, and contribute to creating alignment among different stakeholders. You will also coach and support the organization within Systems Engineering through knowledge sharing, workshops, and ongoing advisory support.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in Systems Engineering, for example in requirements management, system architecture, or model-based approaches (MBSE).
• Experience from technical leadership roles, such as system architect, product owner, technical project manager, or line manager.
• Ability to work advisory regarding technical solutions, processes, and tools at the system level.
• Experience from complex technical environments, preferably within defense, aviation, rail, or other safety-critical operations.
• Broad technical understanding and a systems perspective – rather than a pure software background.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
