You will step into a strategic initiative within the insurance sector focusing on CRM and Market Automation, where information supply needs to be shaped for a future target architecture. The environment is complex and characterized by unclearly documented requirements from various parts of the business, while future system support has not yet been selected.

Here, you will play a central role in creating structure, clarity, and traceability in the requirements picture. You will become the link between the business's needs and the information material required for information architects to quickly analyze, model, and match needs against both current and future systems. This is a role for you who enjoy tackling complex contexts and contributing early in a significant transition.

• You document information scope and use cases so that information architects can quickly understand the purpose and match them against relevant data points in various systems.
• You work both bottom-up based on business needs and top-down based on marketing plans and best practices.
• You drive the work of clarifying information needs, scope, and use cases adapted for both the business and information architects.
• You ensure that requirements, information material, and solution proposals are traceable and can be linked to both existing and future systems.
• You support information architects by delivering clear, useful, and well-structured information material.
• You collaborate closely with business representatives, information architects, modelers, and those responsible for information supply.

• At least 3 years of experience as a requirements manager.
• At least 5 years of experience as a requirements analyst within information supply.
• Experience with requirements analysis within banking and insurance (at least 3 years).
• Experience with requirements analysis regarding CRM (at least 3 years).
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

• Experience with requirements analysis within Market Automation.
