WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a new colleague with special needs teacher qualifications with a specific focus on mathematics. In your role, you work purposefully to identify, map, and remove obstacles for students' mathematical learning, as well as develop their abilities at the individual, group, and organizational levels.

You will be part of an experienced, cohesive, and cross-professional work team consisting of teachers, special education teachers, resource teams, and the student health team (EHT). In this close collaboration, where everyone's competencies are utilized, we create the absolute best conditions for students to reach their goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as a special needs teacher with a focus on mathematics (or a certified teacher in mathematics for grades 7–9 with extensive experience in special pedagogical work).
• Are a confident and good leader in the classroom and in smaller groups, with the ability to create structure and a conducive learning environment.
• Have a strong commitment to students and the ability to meet each individual based on their unique prerequisites.
• Are a pronounced team player who thrives on close collaboration with subject teachers, resources, and student health services.
• Are well rooted in the school's governing documents and processes regarding extra adjustments and special support.
• Base your work on scientific grounds and proven experience.
