Your Role

As a Technical Administrator within the Ground Support section, you will become an important part of our production. You will have a varied role with broad administrative tasks within the section. You will have your own areas of responsibility but will also support and share your expertise with colleagues in your areas.

A large part of the work will be carried out in our business and product system IFS-Sharp, where you will be our specialist. You will also work in other systems as needed.

The work in IFS-Sharp includes, among other things:

• Registration, administration, and closure of customer orders
• Registration and handling of sales and manufacturing items
• Administration of product structures
• Outdelivery and transfer of items

Your Profile

You are a person who finds it easy to collaborate in teams and communicate with others, while also being self-reliant and taking responsibility for your own tasks. You have great flexibility and thrive with varied tasks where you can use your ability to structure, analyze, and solve problems.

We want you to have:

• Some years of experience in administration, coordination, or similar administrative support functions
• At least a high school education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good proficiency in working with Word, Excel, and Outlook

It is an advantage if you have experience working in business and production systems as well as familiarity with PowerPoint.

The position requires that you undergo and pass the security clearance according to current regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
