Your role with us
As the Office Manager at Landbys / Jaktia Östersund, you hold a central position in the operations, ensuring that administrative tasks run smoothly and efficiently for our two locations: the store in Lillänge and the Stadium store along with its associated web shops. Your workplace is at Landbys in Lillänge. You provide crucial support and work closely with both the store staff and management on a daily basis. You are often the first point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding administrative matters, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. You play a key coordinating role, communicating regularly with staff, both in groups and individually, to create clarity and structure in the workflow.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing ongoing administration, invoicing, order processing, and web shop operations.
- Communicating with suppliers, customers, and partners.
- Supporting both stores with administrative matters related to sales and inventory.
- Coordinating internal routines and contributing to structure and efficiency improvements.
- Bookkeeping, financial management, and reporting.
- Participating in the development of working methods and processes.
We are looking for someone who has
- Experience in administrative work, preferably with a focus on finance.
- Strong computer skills and experience with business systems.
- The ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience from retail, e-commerce, or similar roles is considered an asset.
You are a driven and responsible person who thrives in a role with many contact points. You are meticulous, service-oriented, and have a knack for creating structure in your work. At the same time, you are flexible and enjoy jumping in where needed, as we are a tight-knit organization. You communicate confidently, both in team settings and in one-on-one conversations with employees. Employment type: Part-time to full-time (80-100%)
Duration: Initial 6-month probationary period, with the intention of converting to a permanent position
