Your Role

As a Customer Accountant, your main focus will be on building relationships with existing and new customers. You will maintain close and continuous contact with the client, identifying their needs and contributing to the development of their business. You will focus on growth and dedicate part of your time to business development and marketing of our services and brand.

The role also involves leading and driving your own customer assignments. This means you are responsible for leading the team around the customer, planning ongoing work, managing follow-ups, profitability, and budget, as well as handling communication both externally with the customer and internally.

The work also includes quality assurance of financial statements and tax returns, with the opportunity to work on more qualified accounting issues. At Aspia, we work in teams, and the role includes varying degrees of mentoring employees on current assignments.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education and knowledge within economics.
• Has several years of experience in similar tasks, such as qualified accounting work, and is accustomed to preparing financial statements, tax returns, and annual reports.
• We prefer that you have experience working at an accounting or audit firm.
• You have an interest in business advisory, a strong market drive, and thrive in a role with customer responsibility and building customer relationships.

Furthermore, the following is meritorious:

• You are an authorized accounting consultant or an authorized auditor. Or you are eligible to take the authorization exam shortly.
• You have previously had customer responsibility for your own projects or been a project manager in customer assignments.
