Administrator for our Technical Management

Riksbyggen in Östersund is expanding and strengthening its team; therefore, we are looking for a structured and social administrator who can support and strengthen our technical management.

Make a difference with us

As an administrator, you will be a support to our managers and employees. You will handle various administrative tasks such as monitoring regulatory requirements and contracts for managed customers, preparing reports, registering data in our systems, and handling invoices. You will work with orders and digital dispatches, key management, statistics, mail handling, and archiving, and serve as a support to our customers regarding billing questions. You are the "spider in the web" and a support to the entire management organization. If you thrive in a varied and social work environment where you work independently and have great freedom to solve challenges on your own, this position might be for you.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to meet customers and act professionally. As a person, you are service-oriented, a good communicator, and have an easy time building good relationships. Furthermore, we value that you are orderly, structured, flexible, have good teamwork skills, and strong initiative. It is important that you are driven, self-sufficient, and enjoy working both independently and together with others.

We expect you to have suitable education at a minimum of upper secondary level, preferably with a focus on qualified administration, management, and economics. Experience from the construction or real estate industry is an advantage. It is important that you have very good computer skills and that you can express yourself well in speech and writing. The position may involve some driving, and a B-driver's license is required.

About the position

The position is a permanent full-time role located in Östersund.
