We are looking for an HR Specialist who wants to drive recruitment processes from start to finish and create an experience that makes a difference – for both candidates and managers.

At Tillväxtverket (Enterprise and Innovation Agency), we work for competitive companies and sustainable development throughout Sweden. We offer knowledge, networks, and investment opportunities. This provides direct benefits to businesses, as well as prerequisites for companies, municipalities, and regions to meet future challenges. Tillväxtverket is a national agency with a regional presence in nine locations.

Within the HR unit, we drive and develop the agency's personnel and wage policies, work with strategic competence supply, recruitment, and further develop workplace environment efforts.

At the HR unit, we work together and leverage each other's competencies. We are actively engaged in, and have made significant progress in, the digital development of our HR processes and working methods. We also have fun at work. Join us! :-)

About the role

In the role of HR Specialist, you will primarily work with recruitment. You will drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish and serve as a key support to our hiring managers in both operational and strategic matters.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive and be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from requirement profiles and advertising to selection, interviews, and employment
  • Provide close and coaching support to hiring managers throughout the process
  • Be responsible for the administration in our recruitment system
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout all parts of the process
  • Support managers in matters related to recruitment based on applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines

Your place of work: Stockholm or Östersund

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 3 years of experience, within the last 10 years, working with recruitment within the Swedish state sector.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both oral and written.

The following are meritorious:

  • Completed the Personnel and Organization Theory Program or equivalent at the bachelor's level.
  • Completed a vocational higher education (YH) program within the HR field that includes recruitment.
  • Experience working with the recruitment tool ReachMee.

As a person, we are looking for you who work in a structured manner and have the ability to drive recruitment processes independently. You are results-oriented, take responsibility for achieving set goals, and ensure that every step in the process is carried out with high quality. Your communication skills enable you to create clarity and trust in the dialogue with both managers and candidates. Through your professional support, you contribute to a legally secure and efficient recruitment process throughout the organization.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

We expect you to adhere to our employee and manager policy (https://tillvaxtverket.se/tillvaxtverket/omtillvaxtverket/jobbahososs/fordelarmedattjobbahososs/medarbetarochchefspolicy.600.html), which expresses the expectations we have for all employees.

These unite all state employees, regardless of activity and profession. The core values aim to create an administration that is efficient, legally secure, and free from corruption and abuse of power.
