About the role
As the team leader for customer service, you are responsible for leading, supporting, and developing the group's daily work. You are present in everyday life, see where the group stands, and have the ability to identify both challenges and development opportunities. An important part of the assignment is to create clear routines, improve work processes, and contribute to a more structured and sustainable work situation.
You work closely with the employees within customer service and simultaneously have an important collaborative role towards other functions and departments in the company. By building relationships, creating understanding, and contributing to good collaborations, you help customer service become an even stronger part of the whole.
The role also includes responsibility for the switchboard and Telia Touchpoint, which means that you ensure that working methods, functionality, and usage support the business's needs and customers' expectations.
Examples of areas of responsibility:
- lead and distribute the daily work within customer service
- support, coach, and be available for the employees in the group
- develop routines, working methods, and processes
- contribute to good collaboration between customer service and other departments
- follow up on delivery, quality, and customer service assignments
- identify needs and strengthen where necessary
- be responsible for the switchboard and Telia Touchpoint
- participate in business development and internal improvement projects
Location: Sveg or Hackås
About you
We are looking for you who are secure, clear, and egoless in your leadership. You are calm and controlled even in pressured situations and have the ability to create stability, focus, and direction in everyday life. You see both people and assignments, and understand the importance of customer service delivering professionally to both internal and external customers.
You are a natural leader who easily creates relationships and builds trust. You are present, available, and receptive, while also being able to make decisions, prioritize, and drive the work forward. You have a good ability to see the big picture, understand the business's needs, and translate them into practical working methods.
We also believe that you have humor and a twinkle in your eye – the ability to handle everyday situations with both professionalism and humanity.
Requirements for the position:
- experience in customer service work
- experience as a team leader, group leader, or in a similar leadership role
- good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- experience working with or in case management systems
- very good communicative skills in both speech and writing
- experience in business development, improvement work, or internal projects
- Class B driver's license (manual)
It is meritorious if you have:
- experience from operations with maintenance, for example property, water and wastewater, waste, or similar
- worked with EDP, Customer First, or Telia Touchpoint
