Do you want to work strategically with quality and environment at a family-owned company that focuses on sustainability and continuous improvement? We are now looking for a driven and engaged QHSE Manager who will become a key person in our work to ensure that operations meet high standards and requirements.

As the QHSE Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and following up on the company's work within quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. You ensure that operations comply with laws, customer requirements, and internal policies, while driving continuous improvements in these areas with a focus on profitability and employee well-being.

Your main responsibilities include, among other things:

• Develop and maintain the company's management systems for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety.
• Conduct internal and external audits as well as self-inspections.
• Compile and analyze QHSE statistics to identify trends and propose improvements.
• Investigate incidents, deviations, and accidents and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct training and inform staff about procedures, legal requirements, and improvement measures.
• Participate in management reviews and contribute with analyses and improvement proposals.
• Work proactively with risk assessments and ensure that risk management is up to date.
• Handle documentation and reporting according to current standards and legal requirements.

We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with QHSE, is structured and analytical, and feels confident driving improvement projects and initiating actions. You are communicative and have a pedagogical ability when it comes to training and informing staff.

The position may be located at one of Wist Last & Buss's 20 facilities, from Kiruna in the north to Köping in the south. You will base yourself at your local facility, and travel within the operational area is a natural part of the role. We apply a 6-month probation period.
