We are looking for a Customer Account Team Leader in Payroll for our office in Östersund. Here you will have a central role where you are responsible for leading the team, ensuring high quality in deliveries, and creating long-term collaborations with our customers. This role suits you who want to work closely with both people and business.

About the role

You have overall responsibility for the team's delivery, development, and work environment. At the same time, you are a key person in customer dialogue and work actively to strengthen and develop the business.

You will work with among other things:

  • Leadership, coaching, and employee development
  • Customer responsibility and relationship building
  • Quality assurance of deliveries
  • Budget follow-up
  • Planning and resource allocation
  • Change management and development initiatives

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a background in the payroll area and are currently working in a leadership role. You thrive in a role where you take clear responsibility for both the team and customer relationships. You are driven by developing people while creating value for customers.

As a person, you are engaged, receptive, and have a natural ability to build trust in your relationships. You are driven by developing both people and working methods and have a business-minded approach to your work.

Furthermore, we see that you have:

  • Post-secondary education in payroll or HR
  • Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

To succeed in the role, we see that you are a confident and clear leader who contributes to a positive team culture. You have good judgment, take responsibility, and are good at creating structure while maintaining a flexible and solution-oriented working style. Experience from consultancy work is seen as highly meritorious.

Scope: Full-time
