We are now looking for you, a preschool teacher, for Solkullen Preschool.

Your Responsibilities

Together with the other educators at the preschool, you will develop, drive, and implement the preschool's mission based on our guiding documents and with our vision in mind. As a preschool teacher, you have unique opportunities to influence children's development and learning. The role includes planning, follow-up, and documentation of the work. An important task is to create inspiring and challenging learning environments at the preschool.

As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for the preschool's pedagogical content and work to promote each child's development and learning. Part of your responsibility is to build good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

In Västervik Municipality, we strive for an equal preschool throughout the entire municipality. We work on developing systematic quality work using pedagogical documentation and exploratory approaches as tools.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a preschool teacher degree. To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have good cooperation skills, be receptive, and easily able to put yourself in other people's perspectives. You need to be confident, stable, and have good self-awareness.

It is important in the role that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children absorb knowledge and about different prerequisites for learning. It is also important that you can take initiative and start activities in the operations.

Other Information

The positions are subject to register checks. Applicants must provide an extract from the police's criminal record register before employment.

The position may be utilized for internal mobility.
