The Child and Education Administration in Vimmerby Municipality is responsible for all pedagogical activities, from preschool to university, and is also responsible for Swedish for Immigrants (SFI) and societal orientation for newly arrived refugees. DUTIES

As a subject teacher in Spanish, you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation of the pedagogical work at your workplace. You are well-versed in the comprehensive school curriculum and accustomed to working with current goals and quality standards within the comprehensive school's operations. The position includes teaching Spanish in grades 6-9 and mentorship at the lower secondary school level.

You are a good role model and follow the norms and values that the comprehensive school curriculum states, contributing to carrying out and fulfilling the comprehensive school's mission with good quality. Your task is to promote each student's learning and development, as well as to create the best conditions for students, guardians, and colleagues to thrive and feel secure in the school's operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in Spanish with the qualification to teach in grades 6-9. You have good insight into the comprehensive school curriculum and preferably experience in the teaching profession. We prefer that you have experience teaching at the lower secondary school level.

As a person, you are a secure leader who creates motivation and engagement among students and colleagues. You are receptive, open, and contribute to a positive collaborative climate where problems are solved constructively. You build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

You are responsible and can plan and structure your work yourself. At the same time, you are creative and are happy to contribute new ideas to develop the operations.
