STC is one of Sweden's largest gym chains with over 250 gyms and a wide range of offerings in gym and group training. But there is a simple solution that works wonders for both body, heart, and brain – movement! But we need your help!

We are now looking for a Personal Trainer (PT) for our gym in Torsås who wants to inspire, guide, and create training joy for our members.

Your Mission

As a Personal Trainer, you are a key figure in our members' training journey. You help them set goals, provide professional guidance, and follow them all the way to success. You are as much a coach as a motivator, and the salesperson's mindset is naturally there – you know your services make a difference and want to reach more people.

In your role, you actively drive the sales of PT services and work on building your own customer base. You collaborate closely with the gym team and help create an inclusive, inspiring, and professional environment where members feel safe, seen, and motivated.

Your responsibilities include primarily:

• Conduct individual training sessions with high quality and adapted setups for each member.

• Actively sell and market PT services and packages, both directly and in collaboration with gym hosts.

• Follow up on customer results and adapt training based on their development and needs.

• Participate in events, trial classes, and other activities that increase the visibility of your services.

• Be a good ambassador for STC's values and contribute to a positive gym culture.

Working hours may vary and require flexibility; evenings and weekends are included.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are passionate about training, love motivating others, and want to work with people. You are confident in your role as a trainer, have a coaching approach, and are used to working with goal orientation – both for your customers and yourself.

You are professional, service-oriented, and see every contact with a member as an opportunity to create value. You are also used to selling and are driven by both helping and building your own PT business.

Requirements:

• Completed an approved FRISK-licensed PT education

• Are at least 18 years old

• Have a high service level

• Strong sense for sales and quality

• Are flexible and can work days, evenings, and weekends

• Speak and write fluent Swedish
