RESPONSIBILITIES

You work with the introduction programs where you primarily teach mathematics and Swedish. You prepare, plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching in a professional manner based on regulatory documents, evidence-based knowledge, and current research. Mentoring is also included in the position. You have a relational view of students, good collaboration skills, are driven by working in teams, have a solid interest in school development with a focus on accessible learning environments, clear pedagogy, and low-affective handling.

You belong to the IM work team and participate in the subject group for mathematics & Swedish.

We prioritize a health-promoting work environment with a focus on wellness factors and have trust in each other's competencies where we work together without hierarchy.

All students on the introduction programs have their own computer, and we use digital tools interspersed with traditional teaching. All classrooms are equipped with sound systems and projectors. The educators have their own work computers and work phones.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in Swedish/Math with experience teaching students with neuropsychiatric disabilities. Special educational competence is meritorious.
