We are now looking for you who are a preschool teacher, social pedagogue, or treatment pedagogue for a fixed-term position at Åbyängskolan.

Your responsibilities

Our mission in the school is to provide all students with the conditions to reach as far as possible in their knowledge development. Education in primary school is also about developing social skills and the ability to collaborate with other people.

We are now looking for a pedagogue or similar professional with a low-affective approach who, together with us, wants to work to remove obstacles to learning for students. Your main task is to work closely with students, individually and in small groups, and to complement teachers in their work in the classroom environment, but also during breaks and when moving between lessons and premises. You will also, together with the work team, serve as a communication channel to guardians.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as a preschool teacher, social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, assistant nurse, or have other education that the employer deems equivalent. For the position, it is required that you have many years of experience working with students with special needs in school or preschool.

You have a good ability to collaborate and are sensitive and flexible regarding students' specific needs. You need to be secure in yourself and have good self-insight. It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changed circumstances in the operations.
