Lindåsskolan with after-school center is located in close proximity to Emmaboda and the railway station. The school features an integrated school library, craft rooms, gymnasium, and music halls. Lindåsskolan has a large schoolyard with proximity to a sled hill, ice rink, and forest.

Job Responsibilities

Work with students in school and the after-school center, based on the guidelines of the school and after-school centers. You ensure that students have the opportunity to succeed and reach as far as possible in their development.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for the after-school center or have a special education degree. You have good knowledge of meeting students with various difficulties and in different situations, so that you become a support for them to manage their daily life in school and the after-school center. You easily create good relationships with the students in the group by meeting them at their level, challenging them to dare to try, and you are a clear role model in the learning environment, showing them joy in learning and curiosity to learn more. In collaboration with colleagues, you share your thoughts, experiences, and ideas. You easily translate theory into practice and can work constructively with the needs that exist and may arise. If you also have certification in one of the school's subjects, this is seen as a positive.
