Snäckstrand Preschool is one of the municipality's newer preschools and is located near the bridgehead in Färjestaden. With its central location in the community, there are good opportunities to get here by public transport.

The surrounding area offers a variety of environments that the preschool has the opportunity to utilize. Here you will find both community services and nature, with both forest and beach in the immediate vicinity. This adds value to our education. The library is also within a short walking distance, providing excellent opportunities for collaboration and high quality regarding reading, among other things.

Job Description

As a childcare worker at Snäckstrand Preschool, you provide good care, build trust, and create security. In this way, you create both good relationships and good conditions for learning.

You are an important part of the work team and actively contribute, together with your colleagues, to creating an stimulating and educational environment for every child.

You participate in and actively contribute to the development work taking place at the preschool.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Can be a good and clear role model in a group of children, meeting them with engagement, curiosity, and respect.
• Thrives in close collaboration with others and sees that good relationships provide a good foundation for lifelong learning.
• Can be flexible and take own initiatives.
• Sees diversity as enriching and meets different perspectives with respect and sensitivity.
• Through a conscious approach, supports children's play, exploration, language, and social interaction.

Training as a childcare worker is meritorious. Personal suitability will be highly valued.
