About Korrespondensgymnasiet
Korrespondensgymnasiet is a high school that offers distance education for entire programs in the EK, HU, SA, and NA programs. Our school targets students with documented medical, psychological, or social issues, or who have other special reasons (e.g., elite sports training or living abroad). The school's approx. 550 students live in different parts of Sweden and the world.
To meet our students' needs, we work with teaching groups where our approach is individualized and flexible, which places demands on high and broad competence among everyone who works with us.
The Position
The position is a temporary assignment extending from 2026-08-03 to 2027-06-17. It concerns 1 position.
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a mentor with the task of having an overarching view of the students' study situation and, based on that, together with teaching teachers, work teams, student health services, study and career guidance, administration, and guardians, work to ensure that the students complete their studies within the specified study time in accordance with national steering documents and goals.

We place great importance on these personal qualities. The operation is based on continuous collaboration and development, which means that you have a great ability to collaborate with others.
Educational requirements are set for the position. Education considered suitable includes: Youth Leader, Teaching Assistant, Social Pedagogue, or other equivalent education assessed by the responsible manager. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
Experience is meritorious and desirable.

Employment Terms
- Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
- Duration: 6 months or longer. Start date: 2026-08-03 or by agreement. End date: 2027-06-17.
- Working Hours: Daytime. We offer flexible working forms, 50/50 (on-site 50% and 50% flexible location) with the starting point at Korrespondensgymnasiet in Söderåkra, which means that staff according to schedule can work from a location other than our premises.
