She lives in a beautiful and well-adapted house in Oskarshamn, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The home is equipped with a car, which means a driver's license is required. Together with two personal assistants around the clock, she receives support with everything from personal hygiene and meals to participating in the small and large adventures of everyday life.

She enjoys walks, picking mushrooms, doing puzzles, crafting, listening to music, and simply being in nature. As an assistant, you play an important role in coming up with fun, stimulating, and safe activities to do together with her.

She has a mental disability and can sometimes feel very unwell. We are looking for someone who is secure, sensitive, responsible, and has a genuine commitment to working with people with mental health issues. Experience in similar work is an advantage.

We are looking for you who:

• Are empathetic, stable, and present
• Have good teamwork skills but also thrive working independently
• Can work long shifts (24-hour duty)
• Have experience or interest in working with mental disabilities
• Hold a valid driver's license

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Introduction and support are provided by experienced colleagues.
