We are now looking for an engaged personal assistant who wants to work 84% and provide support to several of our clients during the same work shift. The work resembles home care services where you drive between clients and provide support during double staffing. During the shift, you perform several tasks for different clients, with natural breaks in between.

The clients live in Kalmar and on Öland, and have a need for round-the-clock support. You work with several clients during the same shift and travel by car between assignments.

We are looking for a responsible person who wants to grow in the role and act as a team leader.

Working hours: Regular working hours for this position: 00:00–09:00. The work is performed according to a schedule and may include both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks for several clients during the same work shift.
• Support during double staffing.
• Drive between clients.
• Interpret and understand the client's signals and needs.
• Work independently and take initiative.

Qualifications and personal qualities

• Experience in personal assistance and/or home care services is an advantage.
• You enjoy working with people and have an empathetic ability.
• You are confident working independently, creative, and proactive.
• You have a calm, stable, and patient manner.
• You master Swedish in speech and writing.
• You have no fur allergy (pets are present in some homes).
• A driver's license for manual transmission is required.
