Are you my next assistant?

I am looking for a female assistant between approx. 30–50 years of age. I want someone who is forward-thinking, resourceful, and self-reliant. Experience in similar roles is preferred, but not required, as personal chemistry is the most important factor! A valid B-driver's license is required as I have my own car which my assistants drive.

I am a man in my late middle age, paralyzed from the chest down following a diving accident in 1988. I need help with most things, such as hygiene, dressing, cleaning, and accompanying me to activities, etc. I live in my own villa in Berga (Högsby Municipality), and this is where the work is based.

I take each day as it comes and try to come up with various activities with my assistants. I own a boat and enjoy fishing. I am interested in motors and enjoy tinkering/mechanical work. I also have a strong interest in sports, such as hockey, speedway, skiing, etc.

When working with me, you work independently alongside me from morning until evening. The working hours are flexible but usually between 09:00–23:30, both on weekdays and weekends.

The position is a maternity cover (mammavikariat) at 73% (116 hours distributed over 8 days per month) lasting from August 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter. You will be employed directly by me and not through an assistance agency or the municipality.
