About you

We are looking for you who have experience in care and support, preferably as a personal assistant. You are confident in yourself and in your professional role, have good judgment, and can handle different situations with calmness and responsibility.

Job responsibilities

The client uses a wheelchair and needs support in various daily tasks. Your duties include, among other things:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Mobility and transfers
• Support with daily activities and walks
• Household chores
• Adapting support based on the client's individual needs and wishes

We are looking for you who are perceptive, proactive, and creative in finding solutions that strengthen the client's independence and quality of life.

Work environment and mobility

To ensure a safe and secure work environment, most transfers and hygiene moments take place together with another assistant. Therefore, you often work in close collaboration with colleagues and are expected to communicate and cooperate in a professional manner to provide the client with secure and respectful support.

Night work

You will support the client with needs that may arise during the night. This sometimes involves help with transfers, personal hygiene, CPAP, and other basic needs. The shifts consist partly of active working time and partly of waiting time.

There may also be opportunities for extra shifts during the day, evening, and night.

About the position

Employment level: Part-time

Schedule:

Day shift: 07:45–16:30
Evening shift: 16:30–20:45
Night shift: 22:00–08:30 (Waiting time between 23:00–04:45 during night shifts)
